A wet surface treatment process which cleans, descales, and degreases in a single operation without chemicals or solvents. A Pressurized blasting mixture of water and abrasive media treats the part surface by scrubbing rather than impinging and impact, without changing close tolerance dimensions. Over a half a century of experience is behind the design and construction of each model. Wet Blast Equipment Options & Accessories 

  1. Turntable – Manual or motorized. Built in or removable. Available in size ranging from 12” diameter to 72” diameter.

  2. Rinse Stand – Left or right side mounted. All welded stainless steel construction. Includes; rear backsplash, water rinse and air blow off nozzles.

  3. Rollo-Table w/ load end and rinse stand – Stainless steel rail system w/ drip pan mounted on left or right side. Dolly cart mounted on rails supports turntable and extends into blast cabinet. Turntable capacity 500lbs. Higher load capacity and motorized table rotation available upon request.

  4. Roto-Barrel & Rinse stand - For batch blasting of many parts in a timed cycle. Includes coated basket, variable speed basket rotation, and adjustable timed cycle.

  5. Closed Circuit Filtration & Recirculating Rinse System – Allows excess water to flow out of the machine, thru a series of cascade tanks, to a water filter, and clean water returned to machine.

  6. Hydroclone (For “P” type unit only) - Liquid cyclone, separates abrasive from water quickly and easily. Abrasive is removed to a bucket or waste drum, and clean water returned to the machine.

  7. Mist Collector – To be used in lieu of the standard blower pack. (HEPA filter available upon request).

  8. Vertical sliding door – a space saver, available as a manually operated counter balanced, or pneumatically actuated with air cylinder and hand valve control.

  9. Water Emersion Heater – To keep slurry water warm for daily use.

  10. Additional Features include: Long wear Boron Carbide nozzles, rubber lining, and curtains in high wear areas. Gun mount rods for fixed and adjustable set up.
